The Charlotte Premium Outlets, set to open in the fall of 2024, has announced its initial lineup of stores, featuring a mix of luxury and popular retail brands. Located in the Steele Creek area of Charlotte, North Carolina, the outlet will include stores like Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Coach, Michael Kors, and Nike, among others. This development, which will span 360,000 square feet, aims to offer a diverse shopping experience with over 100 stores. The outlet is part of a larger project by Rouse Properties, which also includes plans for a hotel, apartments, and additional retail spaces, transforming the area into a significant commercial hub.
