(OTCBB: [ PIMO ]), a professional services company focused on business and technology advisory and consulting services and solutions, today announced that its Solution Division, GreenHouse ([ http://premieralliance.com/solutions ]) has been engaged to implement Southern California Edison's (SCE) Automated Demand Response (Auto-DR) program for a prominent Orange County municipality. Premier will be implementing the latest in automation and monitoring technologies utilizing the $225,000 of incentives from SCE for which the city is eligible. Once installed and operational, SCE will benefit by the municipality's ability to voluntarily load shed over 750kW of electricity during peak demand periods. This process also protects consumer prices by mitigating the need for SCE to produce electricity from older or more expensive power plants.

Premiers' GreenHouse division is a qualified service provider of SCE's Auto-DR program, providing audits, site assessment, feasibility studies, project development, engineering, and installation of enabling technologies including complete processing of all utility documents.
