SMC Recordings Inc. Announces New Partnership With Blak Hollywood Entertainment to Release First of Several Projects Worldwide

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - December 24, 2009) - SMC Recordings (PINKSHEETS: [ SMCE ]) announces an exclusive strategic partnership with Blak Hollywood Entertainment designed to mutually benefit both companies by releasing several projects in tandem through SMC's expansive distribution network worldwide. The new agreement consists of co-branding Blak Hollywood Entertainment physical and digital releases through a variety of marketing and promotional opportunities available to SMC Recordings.

SMC Recordings, an independent record label out of the San Francisco Bay Area, and Blak Hollywood Entertainment, which just opened offices in Atlanta, GA, will kick things off with the release of internet rap sensation J-Real and his debut album "My Audition," scheduled for release in early 2010.

The decision to partner with Blak Hollywood was not a difficult one.
