BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS--(Marketwire - Sept. 22, 2009) - Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX:ICS), a leading provider of software solutions for mobile and embedded devices, today announced an expansion of solutions and expertise to help customers bring highly differentiated devices based on the next generation of Microsoft Windows Embedded CE, Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3, to market faster.

As an early adopter of Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3, Intrinsyc engineers worked to get up-to-speed on the new Silverlight for Windows Embedded user interface (UI) framework in conjunction with the official launch by Microsoft. As part of this effort, Intrinsyc has built up expertise in Silverlight for Windows Embedded UI development with engineering and design resources in Beijing and Vancouver to support global OEM development teams operating around the clock.
