Box truck overturns with occupants inside

A box truck carrying 14 people overturned in Berks County, Pennsylvania, on Route 222 near the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The incident occurred around 8 a.m. on a Friday, leading to the hospitalization of all occupants, including the driver. The truck was en route to a mushroom farm when it crashed, and the reasons behind the overturning are under investigation. The ages of those hospitalized range from 20 to 40 years old, and their conditions have not been disclosed. The crash caused the closure of the highway in both directions for several hours, significantly impacting traffic.
