City of El Paso names new streets, new budget directors

The city of El Paso, Texas, has named two streets in honor of U.S. Army soldiers who were killed in a drone strike in Jordan on January 28, 2024. The streets, located in the Eastlake area of the city, are named after Sgt. William Jerome Rivers and Spc. Kennedy Ladon Sanders.
