  The Syfy/USA returns with Tudyk trying directing for the first time since his web series Con Man

Alan Tudyk, known for his role as Harry Vanderspeigle in the Syfy series "Resident Alien," is set to make his directorial debut with an episode in the upcoming fourth season. Tudyk, who has been a part of the series since its inception, expressed his excitement about stepping behind the camera, a role he has been preparing for through his extensive experience in the industry. The announcement was made during the Television Critics Association's winter press tour, where Tudyk shared his enthusiasm for the opportunity to direct and continue contributing to the show's success. "Resident Alien," based on the comic book series by Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse, follows an alien who crash-lands on Earth and assumes the identity of a small-town doctor while secretly planning to destroy humanity.
