The Welsh Government has declined to release a letter sent to the UK Government regarding the potential negative impacts of changes to Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Universal Credit. This decision was made despite a Freedom of Information request, with the Welsh Government citing that the letter contains policy advice and is part of ongoing discussions.
