Morgan Stanley adds Bajaj Finance, Hindustan Aeronautics to key focus lists

Morgan Stanley has recently updated its key focus lists for Indian stocks, adding Bajaj Finance and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) while removing ICICI Lombard General Insurance and NTPC. Bajaj Finance was included due to its strong growth potential, attractive valuations, and a robust business model, despite a recent stock price correction. HAL's addition is attributed to its significant order book, government support for defense indigenization, and potential for earnings growth. Conversely, ICICI Lombard was dropped due to concerns over its growth outlook and profitability, and NTPC was removed as its stock price has risen, reducing its attractiveness in terms of valuation. These changes reflect Morgan Stanley's strategic adjustments in response to evolving market conditions and company performances.
