The Cellar in Anstruther, a renowned restaurant in Fife, has reopened with a new Spanish twist to its menu, following a £250,000 refurbishment. The revamp includes a new bar area, an open kitchen, and a refreshed dining room, all designed to enhance the dining experience. Chef Billy Boyter, who has been at the helm for 15 years, introduced this new direction to offer a more relaxed dining atmosphere while maintaining the restaurant's reputation for high-quality cuisine. The menu now features Spanish-influenced dishes alongside traditional offerings, aiming to attract both locals and tourists with its unique blend of flavors and a more accessible dining experience.
